PRIVATE HOUSE - AROSA

Situated beneath the former Maiensäss village Fatschel, this Chalet offers a breathtaking view over the Arosa commune. A beautiful location, a beautiful view over the valley and cozy living spaces characterize this unique chalet. It was made entirely out of old wood, stone and natural materials. The house was previously used as a guesthouse and restaurant. With attention to detail, it has been rebuilt as a private holiday home.
