Restaurant Uondas - Celerina
The newly designed restaurant at the Hotel Chesa Rosatsch was opened under the name UONDAS in June 2011.
Through the fascinating wave motion of the Inn, which flow right past the restaurant terrace, the MUWI Architektur AG was inspired to design and name. The Rhaeto-Romanic name Uondas means “waves“. This topic has accompanied us through the entire design and interior architecture.
The wave structure extends from the ceiling over the walls and is the defining element in the restaurant. Between the wooden slats were brought under the ventilation and lighting. The motif is reflected in the wave-shaped arrangement of the seat, which is located in the center of the restaurant and has integrated three dining areas. The beautiful play of light and wave gives the restaurant a unique ambiance that invites you to linger.
